I would like to request the following data for the province of La Union for the years 2017-2024 1. List and location of public libraries and barangay reading centers in La Union. 2. Library usage statistics (annual visitors, circulation/borrowed books, programs conducted). 3. Public Librray Guidlines and Standards - Latest NLP-issued public library guidlines, standards, or manuals of operations applicable to regional public libraries. - Any facility, staffing, and collection standards used in assessing or accrediting public libraries. 4. International Guidlines and References - IFLA - UNESCO Guidlines for Development of the Public Librray Service or any related UNESCO/IFLA references officially adpoted or recommended by NLP.
