Tan, and I am a third-year student of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Business Economics, at Mindanao State University – General Santos City. I am currently conducting research for my study titled "The Impact of Minimum Wage Increases on Employment in General Santos City," which aims to analyze the effects of minimum wage hikes on employment levels in the city from 2014 to 2025. For my research, I would like to request the following specific data regarding the minimum wage in General Santos City: Annual Nominal Minimum Wage Rates (2014–2025) The official nominal minimum wage rates for General Santos City for each year from 2014 to 2025. Please ensure the data reflects the official wage orders issued by the RTWPB for General Santos City. Wage Increase Details (2014–2025) The amount (in pesos) and percentage increase for each wage adjustment during the specified period. A breakdown of each wage increase by year, with any relevant wage orders, such as adjustments specific to the non-agriculture, retail/service, or agriculture sectors. Timing and Frequency of Wage Adjustments The specific dates or periods when each wage adjustment was implemented, and whether the adjustments were annual or issued at other intervals (e.g., bi-annual or following significant events). Wage Orders Issued A list or copies of any official wage orders issued by the RTWPB that pertain specifically to General Santos City for the period 2014–2025. Please include any notes on the criteria used to determine wage adjustments, if available. This data is critical for my research as I aim to assess how the minimum wage increases over the last decade have influenced employment trends in General Santos City, especially in relation to inflation.
