Garcia Compliance Officer Bolbok Rural Bank, Inc. 09989646535 August 12, 2025 FOI Receiving Officer Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Subject: Request for Data on Drug-related cases in CALABARZON Religion Dear FOI Receiving Officer, We are writing to respectfully request access to official data under the Freedom of Information Executive Order No. 2, Series of 2016. We are making a database for the bank for background checking and would like to obtain detailed information regarding drug-related cases in Region IV-A (CALABARZON) from January 2020 to July 2025. Specifically, we are requesting the following: 1. Number of drug-related cases filed per province (Laguna, Batangas, Quezon) 2. Name, age, gender and province of individuals arrested 3. Status of each case We understand and respect the limitations regarding personal privacy and confidentiality. We are requesting information for bank purposes only. Should there be any fees associated with processing this request, please let us know. We are willing to comply with all necessary procedures to obtain the requested information.
