Moreover, the architectural plan for Rosario Fish Port is not available in a digital format due to the condition and fragility of the document. Hence, we recommend the requesting party to come in person to the PFDA - Central Office, located at PCA Annex Bldg.1, Elliptical Rd., Diliman, Quezon City, to view the requested document. You may visit our office this week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
