Dear Philhealth and eFOI officer, Respectfully requesting for deidentified information for inpatient claims for the following ICD-10 codes for acute ischemic stroke: 163.0, 163.1, 163.2, 163.3, 163.4, 163.5, 163.6, 163.8, 163.9, 163.9+G46.7. The datapoints of interest includes: -Date of admission -Date of discharge -Name of healthcare facility -Primary ICD-10 codes -Gender of patient -Age -Total actual charges/hospital bill -claim amount -Status of claim (whether approved or denied) Thank you!
