For the specific data you require, we recommend reaching out directly to the Department of Energy (https://doe.gov.ph/), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) (https://psa.gov.ph/), and PSA OpenSTAT (https://openstat.psa.gov.ph/). They are the primary source for many official statistical datasets in the Philippines and would be better equipped to assist you in obtaining the information you need.
