Your FOI request has been approved. A PIDS Discussion Paper (DP) released in 2020, titled "Poverty, the Middle Class, and Income Distribution amid COVID-19" by Jose Ramon G. Albert, Michael Ralph M. Abrigo, Francis Mark A. Quimba, and Jana Flor V. Vizmanos, includes a table (specifically, Table 7) that presents the income groups.
