Good day! Here's my endorsement letter from my school
Dear eFOI user,
Mabuhay!
Thank you for utilizing the eFOI portal (www.foi.gov.ph) and exercising your right to information under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We have received your request on Number of Crime in NCR, dated Oct. 13, 2025.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the that the FOI process covers access only to existing official records, documents, and data within the custody of the government offices. Requests for interviews or direct interactions with the Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel are beyond the scope of the FOI mechanism and therefore cannot be granted through the FOI request.
Furthermore, upon verification, it was found that the same request was previously filed under Tracking Number #PNP-219568702321 last August 29, 2025, which was not processed because the conduct of interviews were not allowed under the FOI Program. Hence, the present request cannot likewise be accommodated for the same reason.
For additional support, we encourage you to consult the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help.
