Your request: You asked for information about the Dreamland Nature and Adventure Park.
Response to your request:
You request is partially granted. In relation to your request for any document related to the development until operations of the Dreamland Nature and Adventure Park project under Public-Private Partnership (PPP), we prepared a briefer containing relevant information based on the available information and documents to the PPP Center.
Please note that we are continuously coordinating with the Implementing Agency to secure complete documentation and most recent information in relation to the implementation of their respective PPP projects.
To supplement this information, you may also reach out directly to the Municipal Government of Amlan through e-mail at [email protected] or through the government FOI online portal.
Finally, may we also refer you to the Project Dashboard of the PPP Center (https://ppp.gov.ph/project-dashboard/) which may be helpful in getting up to date information on PPP Projects monitored by our office. We've also provided the link to the dedicated project profile in the briefer.
Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director.
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev) and thereafter, to the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
