13 October 2025 Dear Ma'am. Sir, I am Jerome Cafugauan Malazzab, a resident of Tuguegarao City. I am writing this request to inquire if there is a Regulatory Board for Construction project Managers here in the Philippines. This has regard to my International Skills Application on VETASSESS Australia requiring evidence of PRC License for my nominated occupation as a Construction Project Manager IF APPLICABLE. Please be informed that there is no single Professional Regulatory Board specifically designated for "Construction Project Managers" under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), nor does the PRC issue licenses specifically for this role. Instead, regulatory functions related to construction and project management are handled by existing PRC Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs), primarily the Board of Civil Engineering and the Board of Architecture. The relevant board depends on the specific scope of practice and professional licensure required.
