Purpose: This study is about examining organizational climate in public secondary schools using teacher population data. It aims to generate insights for improving workplace conditions, guiding policy and enhancing school effectiveness.

Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: 1. The total number of public secondary school teachers in the Philippines from year 2015 to 2024, disaggregated by year. 2. The top provinces or cities with the highest number of public secondary school teachers as of the most recent academic year. 3. If available the teacher, the teacher-to-student ratio in public secondary schools per region or division. The data will be used for academic research purposes, specifically for a thesis on organizational climate among public secondary school teachers. Thank you very much for your assistance!
