I am Rachel Joyce Trinidad, a 4th-year student currently conducting a capstone project entitled "Smart Alert Seat: A Posture- and Pulse-Based System for Driver Health and Safety Monitoring" under the Industrial Engineering of Polytechnic University of the Philippines. We would like to respectfully request the following information, if available: 1. Annual Statistics (past 3-5 years) of road accidents in Batangas 2. Number or percentage of cases identified as caused by health-related incidents 3.
