Greetings! I am a 5th year architecture student and currently conducting my undergraduate thesis about the Redevelopment of Subic Bay International Airport. I would like to request the following from the Fire Department: 1. Hazard maps of sbfz ( landslide, earthquake, flood prone area etc) 2. Local District RIsk Reduction and management plan 3. Firefighting capacity and resources a. Current ARFF Category of SBIA ( ICAO CATEGORY BASED ON AIRCRAFT SIZE HANDLED) and how many? b. Inventory of firefighting vehicles ( firetrucks, foam tenders, rescue vehicles) and their water or foam capacities c. Location of fire stations, fire hydrants and water supply system inside and around SBIA d , Available fire suppression systems in terminals, hangars, cargo facilities, and fuel storage. 4. Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness - Evacuation routes, staging areas, and emergency coordination plans SBMA DRRMO CERTIFICATE OF APPEARANCE; WHEREIN THE PROPONENT HAS TRULY CONDUCTED RESEARCH AT YOUR PREMISES and other data that could help my study. Should be this documents be available in hard copy. Kindly let me know if I may personally visit your office to secure them within this month or as soon as possible.
