I would like to request a time-series dataset (FY 2000-2024) detailing the Actual Obligations Incurred (Disbursements) for the following major programs within the housing and community development sector, broken down by agency, by region, and by quarter, preferably in an Excel or CSV format: 

a.  Community Mortgage Program (CMP) Disbursements/Loan Takeouts

b. High Density Housing (HDH) Program

c. Abot-Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) for LGUs

d. Land Tenure Assistance Program (LTAP) Disbursements 

e. LGU Loan Program (Local Government Unit Lending)
