I am a victim of an Identity theft. Someone  used my identity from Facebook, they created a new account still under my name Jelaica Lumangtad and Lumangtad Jelaica, They used my National ID, philhealth and NBI ID  for scamming social media selling items and asking for payments, they also tried the scheme of lending money with processing fee without my knowledge. I tried to locate this person, unfortunately, no account details can be found anymore. Someone disturbing me & my family to return their lost money. Asking for immediate response about this. Thank you

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
