Person named Mary Ann Lamsen from Pasima, Malasiqui, Pangasinan ordered a top from my online shop. 

I covered the shipping fee at LBC just to process the order by COD. In LBC, you have to pay for the sf so the parcel can be paid by COD method. 

She did not receive the item. I contacted her to know the reason and if she wishes to re deliver the parcel and she said yes. So I suggested to use Shopee instead of LBC. In Shopee if the parcel has been returned to the seller, the seller account balance will be deducted. 

Parcel was unsuccessful again in shopee and she blocked me in her FB acc.
