Hi,

I would like to request for updates regarding my NBI clearance, or possibly to expedite it. I applied and made the payment last August of 2022 and it still hasn't arrived yet. I've also tried reaching out through NBI's email and hotline but no one has been responding to me. I used the door-to-door delivery service options through the website and my reference number is MP83NJUROE. My NBI clearance is the only reason that my regularization at work has been delayed and pending. 

Kindly advise me regarding this.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
