Hi! I would like to request for a refund regarding payment for nbi clearance via gcash. 

I have paid 130 for nbi clearance and additional 30 for system fee. I transferred 160 yesterday, March 24, via gcash. Here is the reference number for the said payment 573207427.

However, when I went to POEA to get my nbi, the associate handling the customers mentioned that my payment did not went through and my request is still pending for payment. Here is the request reference number MP5UWFLCNH. So I decided to pay again but in cash.

But the fee of 160 already cleared my gcash account 0961****792.
