Thank you for your request dated November 12, 2019 for information and copies of Guidelines and IRR on NHA's Community Based Inniative Appropriate (CBIA).

However, before we proceed with the processing of your request, please send us an official communication using your school letter head or the company you are representing, stating the purpose of said request for information.

Kindly email said letter addressed to NHA General Manager Marcelino P. Escalada, Jr at with attached scanned copy of your attached school ID or company ID.

I refer to my letter of November 12, 2019 about your request  for information on NHA's Community Based Initiative Approach Program.

We requested for an official communication using the school letterhead your are representing. However, up to this date, we have not received any feedback from you.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 18, 2020,  your request will be closed.

Dear Michael Jazz Klein,

I refer to my letter of Nov 26, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Community Based Initiative Approach Act. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 18, 2020.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
