Hi Good Day,

I would like to seek help because of online lending harassment of this lending app PESOQ( U-PESO LENDING INVESTORS CORP ). They texted all my contacts for debt shaming that i am not cooperating or coordinating with them. It’s a fraud because if you lend a money worth 3000 pesos you will only recieved 1250 pesos but you need to pay it after 7days with a total of 2559 in 2 payment. And if you not pay on that day they will post my details across soc med. I hope to investigate this kind of action is quite alarming as they are trying to threaten loaners that responsible to the agree.

Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, provides for the guidelines on full public disclosure and transparency in the public service which covers only access to information, official records, public records, and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development.
