Hi I would like to request for information if Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation and their Online Lending Platforms ("OLPs") have any pending or resolved cases filed with the National Privacy Commission covering violations of the law, rules and issuances, specifically in connection with Data Privacy Act.

To be more specific, the OLPs of Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation are "Vplus" and "Goldpocket"

Once again, I am requesting for information if there are any pending/resolved cases filed before the NPC which charges Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation or its OLPs
