Tolentino 04:46 PM, Jan 10, 2023

Hi, I would like to request clarification from your agency about Sim registration of postpaid subscribers taken under the name of legal guardian for use of minor user/ dependent user, however the guardian died years later before SIM Registration act take effect . If the actual user is already of legal age, can he or she still transfer the sim under his or her name? If not, will NTC allow or issue extension of time for the tedious update of contact with both Private and Government entities to be done by the user? A formal email is also much appreciated. Thank you
