Hi!
I would like to ask for your help to requesy for my billing statementa from smart telecomms from November 2015-April2019. 
I would like to file a complaint against them for the over charges starting 2015. They have been billing me with text messages plus 12% vat that is already included to my postpaid plan and should not be billed on top of my plan.
This is fraud and alarming because they might be charging all their subscriber without noticing what they have been paying because this happened to, i didn't realize that I've been paying for something i should not.
Please help

You asked for Smart Telecommunications Billing Statement.

Response to Request:

In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint  on Services Provided by Public Telecommunication Entities (PTE'S) CATV Companies 
and Other Service Provider Regulated by the Commission. Our office is available from Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Or you may call at 9213251 & 9267722.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Copy of duly accomplished Application Form for Complaint.
2. Copy of valid Government issued ID / School ID for Student.
3. Copy of any of the following proof of Complaint:
 Contracts, Billing, etc.•

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
1. For representative(s): Authorization letter duly signed by the applicant and valid ID.

Your right to request a review:
