Hi i would like to file a complaint against gcash. Last april I accidentally sent money to an incorrect gcash number. I entered the 2nd to the last number incorrect. reported it to gcash but with their slow response the person who accidentally got the fund used the fund for bills payment. If gcash helped me the time i reported it this should be prevented

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network.
