In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Or you may send your formal written complaint to the CWPD thru: email@example.com or call at 9213251 & 9267722.
