Hi, I'd like to get a true copy please of the MOA between NDRRMC and NYC, signed at the OCD Conference Room, by NDRRMC Executive Director and Civil Defense Administrator Usec Alexander Pama, and NYC Commissioner Jose Sixto Dantes III.

This will serve as a legal reference for planning what we can do as a youth group to better promote #ZeroCasualty within the mandates of Local Government Code, RA 10121, RA 10742 and other existing laws.

Dear Mr. Gepuela,

Please accept our apologies for the delay in regard to your request to secure a copy of the MOA between NYC and NDRRMC that was signed by then Commissioner Jose Sixt Dantes III sometime in August 2015.

We were in the process of migrating to a new website last November 2022 when your letter to the NYC eFOI portal was forwarded.

However, please be informed that we are processing your request and checking on the hard copies of the 2015 MOA on file. 

In this regard, we highly appreciate it if you can send a new query to NYC eFOI portal so we can properly respond to it.
