I would like to request for information regarding evacuation centers in Eastern Samar:

1. List of Evacuation Centers in Eastern Samar.
2. Capacity (No. of Persons) in each evacuation centers.
3. Address of Evacuation centers
4. Contact Numbers of evacuation centers
