The DPWH has contracted UP NEC to conduct feasibility study of constructing sea walls or revetments along the coastlines of 3 municipalities in Camarines Sur: Pasacao, Minalabac, and San Fernando. In this regard, I am part of the economic team conducting economic cost benefit analysis. We need specific information on the damages and loss of lives caused by natural extreme events and disasters: Estimate of Reconstruction Costs Due to Natural Extreme Events and Disasters By Economic Activity per municipality in Camarines Sur.
