Hi,

I would like to request please for the: 

1. Criteria and procedure for the enlistment of accredited community disaster volunteers (ACDV): NDRRMC Memorandum Circular No. 64 s 2021

2. Manual of operations for the volunteers which shall be developed by the OCD in consultation with various stakeholders

both in accordance with the mandate of Section 9 (o) of Republic Act 10121. We are an organization engaged in CBDRRM and wish to comply with these criteria. Thank you.
