Hi,

I'd like to request the following data incurred from the flooding/landslides in Cagayan Valley region in November 2020:

1) actual damages to agriculture and infrastructure for whole Cagayan Valley region and Quirino province due to the flooding

2) number of people affected by the flooding in the whole region and in Quirino

3) total number of fatalities due to flooding

4) total number of fatalities from landslides triggered by typhoons  that hit Region 2 between October - November 2020

You asked for Damages from Cagayan Valley flooding.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Per NDRRMC records, we do not have records of flooding (small-scale incidents) in Region II in 2020. Nonetheless, we have attached the tropical cyclone effects for your perusal.
