I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the status of the annulment case involving Richard Pamplona and Ma. Cristina  Pamplona, with Civil Case No. 3167-19. The case was approved by the RTC Region IV-A Branch 77, San Mateo, Rizal, last February 13, 2019.

We appreciate your dedication to upholding justice and look forward to a favorable resolution of the case. Thank you once again for your assistance. We are grateful for your commitment to serving the public, and we eagerly await a positive outcome.

The Certificate of Finality of Annulment of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Also the status of a case is determined by the same Court. Hence, please contact the Court where the case was filed.

In case or perhaps what is required is the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
