Hi! I would like to request some information regarding the following data:

1. The number of annulment cases filed between 2010 and 2022
2. The age range of those filing for annulment
3. I'd also like to know if it's possible to obtain some personal information about those who filed annulment cases during this pandemic so that I can interview them for my thesis.

You asked for The number of annulment cases in the Philippines.

Response to Request

1. Here is the link (please visit OSG Website, look for Open Data) for the data of Annulment of Marriage/Declaration of Nullity of Marriage received by our Office from the Regional Trial Courts. Link:

2.There is no data in our Office in relation to your query #2.

3.For your query number 3, please ask the Regional Trial Court where the cases are filed. These cases are under the jurisdiction of such courts. Records of these cases cannot be divulge unless ordered by the Courts.
