Thank you for stopping the halting the memorandum of agreement (M.O.A.) between COMELEC & media-firm Rappler, Inc., which is funded by a foreign government.

Until now (even after the election), the text of the M.O.A. hasn't been made public.

In the spirit of transparency, please make public the M.O.A. in full. If absolutely necessary, redact, but please keep it to the minimum. Thanks!
