Hello Mam/Sir,

I would like to follow up on this doc necessary for the issuance of Certificate of Finality. The decision granting for the declaration of Nulity of Marriage with Civil case number: 10959 RTC branch 30 San Fernando City La Union by presiding honorable judge Alpino P. Florendo was dated February 08, 2022  a copy of which was furnished to your office.
Considering the lapse of 4 months since my petition was granted. I hope your office would finall issue the necessary document to the RTC branch concerned and expedite the process.
Looking forward to receive positive response on this.
