Hi I would like to request for an update of my finality as my attorney have not received any  finality yet for me and it's been more than 7 months already since they grant the decision of my annulment by the regional trial court.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case for Annulment of Marriage .

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
