Good day! 

The undersigned most respectfully requests a Certified True Copy of the Entry of Judgment issued by the Regional Trial Court of San Fernando, Pampanga Branch 44 in Civil Case No. 9207 (Declaration of Nullity of Marriage) entitled "Mauino Haresco v. Maria Veronica Haresco"

The Decision dated May 29, 1992 for CV No. 9207 rendered by Hon. Patrocinio R. Corpuz, then Presiding Judge, was declared deemed and executory.

The said certification will be used as a supporting document to properly annotate the said decision to the Marriage Certificates of the parties.
