Hi, I would like to request the following information:
1. Requirements and Procedure of regular TAS officer transfer to line officer of the Philippine Navy. 
2. Requirements and procedure of transfer of regular TAS officer to other offices/services of the AFP particularly in Philippine Navy.
3. In particular a Chaplain regular officer of the Philippine Navy requirement and procedure of transfer to line officer of the Philippine Navy.
