Dear Mr. Casio:

Acacia Falcata is not part of our mandate crops as we are a funding and coordinating agency that focuses on food crops. However, there is published study on “Assessing suitable sites for Falcata plantation in Bukidnon, Philippines” by J.C. Paquit and M.J. Rojo of the Central Mindanao University, published in Feb. 2018, that you might want to look into.

If this is not sufficient, may I please refer you to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through their Knowledge and Info Systems Service, as they may provide you with further details on the matter at hand.
