Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2023 01:29:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for TIN REGISTRATION.

Response to Request

In reply, TIN application depends on the purpose.

If you are applying for a TIN for other purposes, such as transacting with a   bank or a government office,  you should apply for TIN manually and submit BIR Form 1904 Application for Registration for Persons Registering under E.O. 98, photocopy of any government-issued ID, such as birth certificate, passport or driver’s license and marriage contract (for married female) to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over your place of residence.  

Moreover, for TIN application through a representative, an Apostilized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate General (1 certified true copy, original for presentation) and photocopy of any government –issued ID of the authorized representative are required.
