TO USE IN PAYING MY ITR BECAUSE THEY ASK FOR IT,, I FORGET TO SAVE IT. HERE IS MY TIN NUMBER THANK YOU.

Dear Mr. OBOGNE,

I refer to my letter of Apr 14, 2022 04:10:41 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 1701A FORMS.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details (2014-2017) and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-Where did you file your ITR, and what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 08, 2022 12:57:07 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
