Hi,

I would like to request the list of registered importers in the Philippines. This is in relation to the Ticket number 66090184. We would like to attach it as a document from your agency  that will serve an attachment for filling of the case about the illegally sold medical device in the hospitals in the country.

With regard the request, please provide a duly signed letter request address to the Deputy Commissioner, Management Information System and Technology Group (MISTG).
