We apologized for the late response. Please be informed that the BPI has no available data about plant shop and sellers in NCR classified as MSME. The BPI is only mandated in providing free agricultural inputs/food crop.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
