While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also fill out the fields pertaining to the purpose of your inquiry, what specific project do you mean? BPI has SMART agri porject which is located in Baguio in collaboration with DA and foreign partners.  the Department of Agriculture has various on going projects in the region, perhaps you may want to visit their website to explore and get the specific information from and same when you request info from any govt agency.
