Hello I would like to know the documentary requirements and process map for such documents that may be required by your department for the importation of an aircraft.

Greetings!

You asked for Aircraft Importation.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.cab.gov.ph/downloads/applications-petitions-requirements/category/air-operating-rights-for-schedules-fares-rates-and-tariffs.

Stakeholders with CAB permit may apply request for importation of aircraft with a formal letter request addressed to the Executive Director and be sent to our email address cab.oed@yahoo.com for processing.

Kindly be advised that aside from importation of aircraft, stakeholders are required to have a CAB approval on inclusion of aircraft prior to utilization, you may refer to above mentioned link to check requirements and filing fee to process request. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing and be sent to cab.oed@yahoo.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
