Hi!

I would like to ask for updates on House Bill 2184. As I have researched, it is still pending for review and approval by the Climate Change Commission. May I ask the following information for the purpose of my research about the progress of this Bill for the climate action plan of the country:


1. How is the process of reviewing and approval done?
2. In the cap-and-trade system, who will be the assigned government agencies to implement this system?
3. Given that the DOF is now the National Designated Agency (NDA) for the Philippines with GCF, what are the primary mandates of the CCC?
