2) Including their location

I refer to my letter of Jul 08, 2021 10:51:52 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROGRAMS OF MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVES AMIDST COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

Kindly clarify what information/s do you need as you can see in your title your asking about effectiveness of social and economic programs of MPC amidst COVID-19 Pandemic, but in your actual letter/request you're asking about the updated list and location of cooperatives?
