March 21, 2023 Dear Cecilia, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 19, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Clark Maingate Terminal PUVs schedule. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot grant your request because of a similar request that you have lodged on December 15, 2022. Our Decision Maker then, Ms. Josephine V. Poyaoan has sent the data thru the email that you have provided. Thus, we cannot grant you again same request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to CDC President/CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera via email: Agnes.Devanadera@clark.com.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
