You asked for the status of a Certificate of Land Transfer.
Response to Request
Please be informed that based on the Masterlist of Certificate of Land Transfer (CLT) Holders, Mr. Pedro Valeriano has not been issued with a CLT over the landholding of Mr. Temoteo Geraldez located in Brgy. San Juan Bago, Bulan, Sorsogon. Please see the attached memoranda issued by the DAR Provincial Office of Sorsogon and the DAR Municipal Office of Bulan, Sorsogon regarding the matter.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DAR Secretary, Conrado M. Estrella III, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City.
