I would like to request copies of the annual budget reports per municipality in Bohol from 2013-present. This is for a continuing research I have been doing.

Dear Aileen Lapitan,

Greetings!

This refers to your request for copies of the annual budget reports from 2013 to present of every municipality in the Province of Bohol dated Sep 12, 2022 11:04:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office VII does not maintain copies of annual budget reports of the municipalities of Bohol and of the other provinces for that matter. Please take note that pursuant to Section 326 of RA No. 7160, the reviewing function of the DBM is limited only to the Appropriation Ordinances (AOs) authorizing the annual or supplemental appropriations as submitted by the four (4) provinces and three (3) highly-urbanized cities in Region VII.

In this regard, we suggest that you directly coordinate your concern with the municipalities or the Bohol provincial government.
