Hi Good Morning,,may I inquire on my issuance of my NOSCA since my ERF from Teacher 1 to Teacher 3 has already been approved since December 21,2021. Why does it take that long for the NOSCA to be requested and issued. According to the Division office it was forwarded to the Regional office last March 16,2022

I am looking forward to the positive response regarding my inquiry
